We are pleased to announce that you can now book, cancel or change a doctor or nurse appointment using our 24 hour automated telephone service, Patient Partner.

All you need to do is call our telephone number anytime of the day or night, press option 1 when prompted and you will be connected to the automated system.

You can request your prescription online by completing the following form. It may take up to 48 hours before your prescription is ready for collection from the surgery, or slightly longer if you choose a preferred chemist. Please note that this is not a secure link and your details could be accessed by a third party.
