Medwyn Surgery Exterior
Medwyn surgery was opened as a one-stop health centre in May 2006. It provides NHS primary healthcare to over 7000 Dorking residents as well as being able to offer NHS dental care through ADP Co. Ltd. It also offers an onsite pharmacy and base for the community nursing staff.
Our Reception Team
Cathy, Ann, Janet, Jean and Chris will be looking after your medical needs at our ground floor reception.
Pharmacy and Reception Area
Woodcocks Pharmacy is open for 100 hours each week: Monday - Saturday 8am to 11pm and Sunday from 10am to 8pm. You do not need to be a Medwyn patient to use the pharmacy.
The Waiting Room
Our light, modern, spacious and comfort cooled waiting room, decorated with modern artworks should help you relax before seeing the doctor or nurse.
Consulting Rooms
The doctors and nurses consulting rooms are comfortably furnished with modern fittings to ensure we can address all your needs.
Treatment Room
For more complex medical and nursing requirements our carefully designed treatment rooms can offer you specialist care in a clean, purpose built environment.
Therapy Rooms
A dedicated physiotherapy suite has been designed at Medwyn Centre in partnership with Cranfold Physical Therapy. At the present time however, this service can only be accessed by fee paying patients.
Operating Theatre
Medwyn Surgery is fortunate to have a specialist, state-of-the-art day operating theatre, providing care that traditionally could only be offered in a hospital setting.
Conference Facilities
We also have two conference rooms which can accommodate up to 50 persons. These rooms are invaluable to Medwyn Surgery patients who have attended presentations and discussion forums on interesting medical topics.
